Delivery/Shipping and Installation charges 

You have the choice of receiving your order either via courier or by collecting it yourself from a shop of your preference.

If you have selected the second method, please wait for call from a representative in order to inform you when (usually the next working day) your order will be ready for collection, before visiting the shop.  

Your orders will be shipped directly to your door using ACS Courier. They are a very reliable and professional company, and all our shipping is done through them. The delivery charge is €9.20 (VAT included).

In case the goods to be delivered require installation and technical skills, our warehouse will be contacting you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
In that case only, deliveries shall be made using our means and an installation fee will be charged (see below).

Installation of TV Sets and Home Entertainment
Installation of TV sets and Home Entertainment equipment costs €46 VAT included (price excludes shipping charge).

Installation of Air Conditioners
The installation of Air Conditioners is not included in the selling price. The installation cost is variable and depends on the complexity of the installation (price excludes shipping charge).

Installation of White Goods (Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Fridges, Freezers, Dryers, Ovens, Hobs, etc)

All orders carried out before 11.59pm will be shipped on the next working day between the hours of 9am & 6pm. On rare occasions your delivery may take two working days, depending on the product. The courier will call you before delivery to confirm that you are at the address you have specified.

A slight delay in shipping might occur during holiday periods (Christmas, Easter, Summer).

You have the choice of two Delivery Zones created to better suit your needs in terms of when the delivery will take place based on your preference (Morning or Afternoon). These Delivery Zones are:
 
• Delivery Zone A (09:00 – 12:30)
• Delivery Zone B (15:00 – 18:00) 
 
We deliver to most post codes in the Republic of Cyprus, but if your address is a little more remote you will be contacted by ACS Courier in order for you to collect your item from one of its 20 local ACS Collection centers spread across the island.
