The Broil King® Imperial™ flat topper is made with high grade 1.2 mm stainless steel. The 15.5-in x 13-in design gives you more cooking space while the raised frame keeps foods contained within the topper cooking surface. Oversized 10 mm stainless steel handles and square raised perforations add to its rigidity. The raised perforations also help keep food from sticking.
